At I Am Fitt LLC, I provide personalized online and in-person training to help busy individuals achieve their fitness goals. Whether you're looking for structured virtual coaching, pre-designed workout plans, or hands-on personal training, I tailor every program to fit your lifestyle. With expert guidance, accountability, and flexible options, I make it easier for you to stay consistent and see real results—anytime, anywhere.

3. What equipment do I need for your online programs?

The equipment needed for my online programs depends on your goals and setup. You can follow the program with a gym membership, basic home workout equipment--like dumbbells and resistance bands-- or simply an open space for bodyweight exercises. I design each plan based on what you have access to, ensuring you get an effective workout no matter where you train.

4. Do you provide meal plans or nutrition guidance?

As a trainer, I can provide general nutrition guidance and recommendations to support your fitness goals, but I do not create specific meal plans. Instead, I can help you understand portion control, balanced macronutrients, and healthy eating habits that align with your training.
